Service Description

The Corporate Wellness Seminar is like no other. We take an in depth look and Mental Health, how to identify and heal those feelings to provide a better work atmosphere. Followed by a Reiki foundations course which will provide the individuals with tools to help self heal and sooth during stressful moments. The seminar is concluded with a 1 hour Yoga and Live Music Class that will allow the employees with a positive team building experience.
